I have one and a half baths I want to remodel. Half bath on first floor with laundry. Full bath upstairs. I have sinks for both. I want to replace toilets and flooring, fixtures and lighting. Thanks for your help

I have a bathtub with shower that I would like to convert to a shower only. There is a ledge next to the tub that I want to remove such that the width of the shower is uniform. Seal around tub has been bad for a while. Likely will have water damage once tub is removed.
